Our office accepts most types of private dental insurance. We accept all insurances however, we are not in network with all of them. You may be able to contact your insurance provider to make sure that you have out-of-network benefits.

Is Your Insurance Not Listed? 

Call our office at (440) 338-1711 and someone from our staff will be happy to help you with insurance information or insurance questions before your appointment. Our Chagrin Falls team wants you to get the maximum benefit for the services provided. Dental insurance is, however, a contract between you and your employer. We do our best to give you accurate estimates of what insurance will pay, but ultimately, you are responsible for the balance due for services rendered.
