Our office accepts all dental insurance, BUT we are only in network with a few.  If we are not an In Network provider for your dental, full payment is due time of service and we will then send  into your insurance and your insurance company will pay you.

Is Your Insurance Not Listed? 

Call our office at (440) 338-1711 and someone from our staff will be happy to help you with insurance information or insurance questions before your appointment. Our Chagrin Falls team wants you to get the maximum benefit for the services provided. Dental insurance is, however, a contract between you and your employer. We do our best to give you accurate estimates of what insurance will pay, but ultimately, you are responsible for the balance due for services rendered.
