Extraction and Immediate Temporization

This patient arrived to the office with a fractured lateral incisor. The fractured tooth previously had a root canal and crown and had been weakened over the years. At the appointment, we extracted the residual root and immediately temporized the area with a temporary bridge. This allowed the area to heal before completing the all-porcelain bridge and the patient did not have to go without a front tooth.
